During the inaugural function, Chief Minister Sarma addressed the audience, shedding light on the overarching goals of the Chief Minister’s Atmanirbhar Assam Abhiyan, which was officially launched on September 23. The primary objective of this initiative is to generate avenues for self-employment, fostering self-reliance among the youth of Assam.
